1. Information We Collect
User/Expert Profiles: Name, mobile number, email address, profile photos, and professional certifications/licenses (for Experts KYC verification).
Transactional Data: Secure wallet histories, payment logs, and appointment records.


2. Communication & Privacy Controls (Data Masking)
Number Masking Infrastructure: To ensure complete user-expert confidentiality, Prosarthi Solution Private Limited utilizes advanced masked routing for audio and video calls. Neither the expert nor the user can view each other’s personal phone numbers during a session.
Chat Log Filtration: To comply with marketplace security, our system analyzes in-app chat text via automated pattern-matching filters to identify and mask personal contact leaks (like phone numbers or external UPI handles).


3. Data Protection & Encryption
All collected data, including sensitive identity proofs for KYC, is processed using secure SSL encryption and restricted token authorizations to prevent unauthorized access. We do not sell or lease your data to third-party marketing companies.

 

4. Data Retention and Deletion Policy

Data Retention We retain your personal data (such as your profile information and KYC documents) only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you choose to delete your account, your personal data will be removed from our active servers. Please note that secure, encrypted transactional data (such as payment logs) may be retained for a period of up to [Insert Number, e.g., 5] years strictly to comply with local accounting, tax, and legal obligations.

Data Deletion Process You have the right to request the complete deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time. You can request data deletion through either of the following methods:

In-App Request: Open the Prosarthi app, navigate to   Profile > Delete Account, and confirm your request.

Email Request: Send an email to  support@prosarthi.in with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your registered mobile number and name so we can identify your account.

Upon receiving your request, we will process the deletion of your personal data instantly.
