TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PROSARTHI SOLUTION PRIVATE LIMITED
Welcome to Prosarthi Solution Private Limited (accessible via website prosarthi.in and our mobile applications). These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“User”, “Customer”, “Expert”, “Doctor”, “Lawyer”) and Prosarthi Solution Private Limited, concerning your access to and use of our digital platform.
1. NATURE OF THE PLATFORM (DISCLAIMER)
Marketplace Only: Prosarthi Solution Private Limited functions strictly as a neutral technology infrastructure provider connecting users with independent verified experts (including but not limited to Advocates and Medical Practitioners ).
No Professional Liability: Prosarthi Solution Private Limited does not provide legal and medical advice. The experts listed are independent contractors and not employees of Prosarthi Solution Private Limited. Any advice, prescription, or consultation received during a session is strictly between the User and the Expert. Prosarthi Solution Private Limited holds 0% liability for the outcomes of such consultations.
2. PREPAID FIXED-SLOT BOOKING & PAYMENTS
Fixed Session Model: Consultations are booked strictly based on upfront, prepaid fixed-duration slots (e.g., 15-minute or 30-minute intervals).
Wallet & Billing: Users must maintain or recharge an in-app secure wallet balance to book appointments. Billing is structured transparently at upfront fixed prices, completely eliminating unpredictable per-minute or hourly loops.
Auto-Termination: To protect the structural integrity of the service, audio/video calls will automatically disconnect the moment the prepaid fixed-slot duration expires.
3. ANTI-PLATFORM LEAKAGE & PRIVACY COMPLIANCE
To protect the integrity of our marketplace infrastructure, the following compliance rules are strictly enforced:
Contact Sharing Prohibition: Users and Experts are strictly prohibited from sharing personal contact details, including but not limited to: Mobile Numbers, Email Addresses, Personal Communication Links (WhatsApp/Zoom), or Direct Payment IDs (UPI/GPay/Paytm) inside the platform's chat or call features.
Automated Data Masking: Prosarthi Solution Private Limited deploys real-time regex text-filters and number masking protocols. Any attempt to share contact credentials will be automatically masked (**********) or blocked by the system.
The Ban Hammer (Penalties): Any Expert or User found attempting to bypass the platform to transact directly outside Prosarthi Solution Private Limited will face immediate, permanent account suspension. In case of an Expert violation, all pending wallet earnings on the platform will be legally frozen and forfeited.
4. CHAT LIMITATION POLICY
Pre-Consultation Windows: The platform provides a restricted, temporary chat feature to facilitate initial communication or generic queries before scheduling a call.
Hard Message Capping: To protect the valuable time of our experts, free chat threads are strictly capped at a maximum limit (e.g., up to 5 messages per user). Upon reaching this systemic limit, the chat engine will automatically lock, prompting the User to purchase a Prepaid Fixed Call Slot to proceed.
5. REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Provider No-Show: If an Expert fails to attend the scheduled appointment slot or cancels the session, a 100% refund will be credited back to the User's source bank account or platform wallet instantly.
User Cancellations: Users can cancel or reschedule a booked slot within the permitted timeframe specified on the booking page. Late cancellations may attract a nominal structural retention fee as per platform logic.
6. DATA SECURITY AND ENCRYPTION
User Privacy: Prosarthi Solution Private Limited ensures that user profiles, KYC uploads, and transaction matrices are handled via industry-standard SSL encryption and secure API access.
Call Protocols: Audio and video calls are processed using secure real-time encryption channels (such as Agora API integrations), ensuring end-to-end data safety.
