REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Prosarthi Solution Private Limited believes in a transparent and anxiety-free booking experience. Since our marketplace operates on a Prepaid Fixed-Slot Booking Model, the billing and refund system is structured under strict guidelines:  


1. Cancellation by User (Customer)
Timely Cancellation: A User can cancel or reschedule a booked appointment slot up to a certain cutoff window (e.g., 2 hours prior to the session start time) through the app platform. In this case, 100% of the booking amount is returned to the user’s wallet or source account.


Late Cancellation / No-Show: If a User requests a cancellation after the permitted window or fails to attend the scheduled session, a partial retention fee may be charged to compensate for the Expert’s reserved time slot.


2. Cancellation or No-Show by the Expert (Doctor/Lawyer)
Guaranteed Refund: If an Expert cancels the slot or fails to initiate/join the session within the designated fixed-time block, the system triggers an automatic refund loop.
Instant Reversal: 100% of the session charges will be credited back to the User’s Prosarthi Solution Private Limited wallet or source bank account immediately without any deductions.


3. Disconnection & Auto-Capping Rules
Duration Enforcement: Calls will automatically terminate when the purchased slot duration (e.g., 15 mins or 30 mins) expires. No refunds are provided for successfully completed time blocks.
